PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the expansion of the Hot Fueling Apron including new Aircraft Fueling Apron, and Hot Fueling Points. Other major work includes apron striping, utility improvements, and all other associated civil, sitework, mechanical, heating, electrical work and incidental related work complete and ready for use. -- The estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 180 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
