The basic requirements of this vessell are; 27-28' long, 10.5' overall
width with a bottom width of 94", side height of 37", 6500lbs minimum
cargo capacity, maximum sea capacity in heavy ship condition -- 4 foot
seas, self bailing, 2" pipe gunnel, semi-v hull with a "V" aft of 16
degrees, cargo deck minimum 21.5' long and coated with balck non-skid
coating, front panel to fold down for loading and unloading with water
tight seal and a 62" width, built-in cargo tie downs -- at least 4 --
8" welded on aluminim cleats, 16 x 36 console with lexan windshield
and storage locker (36" x 24" x 18") with 3" upholstered cushion and
padlock located behind the console, speed when loaded should be a
minimum of 22 knots, fuel tank capacity of 130 gallons with access to
the fuel tanks, 12 spot indexed breaker box, 1.25" pipe railing,
