This grinder must restor 1.073+/-0.001" radius on the beveled surface with a 32 micro inch (AA) or finer surface roughness. This work will be performed on a fillet radius locating center of 7.765" in accordance with Hamilton Standard drawing 97073. The grinder will grind material off in 0.0005" increments until surface defects and corrosion pitting are removed; grind beveled surface main- taining 0.0028" TIR perpendicularity to th taper bore axis. The grinder must meet Hamilton Standard specification listed as HS4232. Requirement to include complete operations manual, complete service manual and complete list of vendor supplied parts for the machine. One week personnel familiarization.
