Requirements are for an annual estimated 6,953,324 pounds of chilled fresh primal beef cuts and annual estimated 3,203,200 pounds of frozen coarse ground beef. Fresh trimmings may be substituted for frozen coarse ground in the actual solicitation, however the requirement will not be resynopsized. Acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Performance will be for one base year and two one-year option years. Performance is estimated to begin October 1, 1997. Deliveries will be to a designated port of embarkation (POE).
