This is a sole source to Princeton Gamma Tech (PGT), Inc., 1200 State Road, Princeton, NJ 08540 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This effort requires a company with experience to manufacture a digital detector, workstation with enhanced image processing capabilities and the proprietary Position Tagged Spectroscopy (PTS). The upgrade of the existing detector hardware as well as the existing computer image processing hardware and software is required to perform more detailed analytical work using the Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy Technique.
