Peters, (860) 449-3536. The work includes cleaning, video and inspection of sewer mains for the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimate for repairs and all incidental related work. Significant evaluation factors (in order of importance) are as follows: (1) Specialized experence of the firm in sewer design. (2) Professional qualifications of the staff to be asigned to this contract (including those of any consultants). (3) Capacity of the assigned team to accomplish the work within the required time constraints. (4) Past performance with respect to quality of work, compliance with performance schedules (emphasis on DOD work). (5) Location of the firm in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project, provided there is an adequate number of qualified firms for consideration. (6) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the DOD. This Solicitation is restricted to Emerging Small Businesses. A/E firms that meet the criteria described in this announcement are invited to submit completed Standard Form 254 and 255, U.S. Government Architect-Engineer Qualifications, to the ROICC office. Firms responding to this announcement within 30 days will be considered for selection. Respondents may supplement this proposal with graphic material and photographics which best demonstrate design capabilities of the team proposed for this project. This is not a request for proposal.
