M -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A PROSPECTUS FOR OPERATION OF A BOAT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK FROM SANTA BARBARA HARBOR POC Teresa Jackson, (415) 427-1369. The National Park Service will be releasing a concession Prospectus authorizing a new public boat transportation service for Channel Islands National Park from the City of Santa Barbara Harbor. The new service will provide improved public access to the islands within the park. Primary service will be to Santa Rosa and San Miguel Islands with a variety of options for camping and day visits. Additional service to the other three islands within the park will also be allowed. The new concession contract will be for a period of five (5) years. There is no concessioner providing this service and award of this contract will be fully competitive. The cost for purchasing a Prospectus is $30.00.
