R -- TECHNICAL/MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FOR PMS 411 SOL N00024-97-R-6377 POC Sharon Rustemier, Contract Specialist (703) 602-0951 The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for engineering and technical services in support of the Surface Ship ASW Combat System Program Office in the areas of program management support, engineering, financial management, integrated logistics support, and management of information systems and network administration. Services will be for one base year and four one year option periods. The total anticipated effort required to perform the outlined tasking is approximately 558,000 MHs over a five year period. Primary effort will be performed at the Contractor's facilities located within a 1-mile radius of the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters currently located in Arlington, VA and have a facility clearance up to and including SECRET material. This is a 100% set-aside competitive procurement for small businesses; the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8711 with a size standard of $20 million annual sales.
