The Center is the sole occupant of a renovated school owned by the Library. The Center operates year-round serving up to 100 children from infancy to elementary school age. The contractor shall provide unarmed, "hard" uniformed special police officer(s) during the hours 6:45 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., Monday through Friday except Federal holidays. (Security is provided for children and staff during the day and for the cleaning crew in the evening.) All responsible sources may respond.
