Option one to house an additional eight students. Option two to house another additional eight students. The construction shall include site improvements, utility connections and incidental related work. Work shall include the demolition and removal of existing building 717 after the construction of the new dormitory. The specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
