The work consists of the construction of a waterborne restroom with plumbing fixtures, quarry tile floors, toilet partitions, concrete walks, load bearing split-faced and regular integrally colored concrete masonry units, metal soffits, wood frame roof structure w/fiberglass shingles, electrical work, and connecting to an existing soil absorption system. In addition, it consists of the demolition of a waterborne wood-framed stucco restroom that contains both asbestos materials and lead based painted surfaces. Estimated magnitude of work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about April 28, 1997 at a cost of $42.00 for solicitation and full size drawings; $38.00 for solicitation and half size drawings; $30.70 for solicitation only (charges are NONREFUNDABLE).
