PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes site work, demolition, construction of new single story wood frame building of less than 8,000 square feet and incidental related work complete and ready for use. Asbestos handling and disposal are required for excavation of soil contaminated with asbestos-containing demolition debris. -- The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 270 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
