Rogers The work includes BUILDING 268 -Clean and surface prepare existing corrugated bituminous coated metal siding; trim; flashing; metal overhead doors; personnel doors; ladders; handrails; and existing masonry base building walls. Provide a new exterior fluid-applied coating system over prepared metal surfaces. Provide a new exterior waterproof coating system over prepared masonry and concrete surfaces. Remove all rust, scale and paint from metal windows; replacing all broken clear and wire glass; replacing broken corrugated wire glass windows by removing corrugated wire glass from other areas of building; replacing corrugated wire glass with preformed fiberglass reinforced plastic panels; repainting all windows and existing doors to remain; providing new exterior doors and door frames where indicated and removing existing paint, scale and rust from roll-up doors and repainting, and incidental related work. BUILDING 276 -- Renovating freight elevator No. 51, removing lead paint from machine room, and elevator shaft walls, and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 and $500,000.
