Lathrop; Contracting Officer, Rosalind Rogers The work includes removal of existing cementitious asbestos roofing and associated accessories, gutters, downspouts, gravity ventilators, wood fascia and trim, remove/repair damaged concrete masonry units and mortar, remove deteriorated wood loading dock bumpers, remove designated area of concrete floor slab for new water and sewer utility lines, and remove lead paint and asbestos associated with this work. Provide new masonry openings for new metal louvers, prepare surfaces of exterior concrete/masonry walls, wood overhead doors, personnel doors, windows, gates, wood loading dock bumpers, exposed exterior steel structure and provide new exterior waterproof coating system on same, provide new preformed metal standing seam roofing, trim and flashing, metal gutters, downspouts, and prefinished metal louvers, powered roof ventilators, rubber loading dock bumpers, wood stud and gwb partitions, metal doors and frames, finish hardware, toilet accessories, and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
