following work; Basic Item 0001: Remove a floating dock system and
associated gangway and anchor piling and install a new concrete
floating dock system with new steel pipe anchor piles, new aluminum
gangway, and potable water and electrical service at USCG Station
Atlantic City, New Jersey. Basic Item 0002: Provide materials and
services to remove a fixed timber and steel pier, two floating docks
and associated gangways and anchor piling and install a new concrete
floating dock system with new steel pipe anchor piles, new aluminum
gangway, and electrical service at USCG Station Shark River in Avon by
the Sea, New Jersey. Performance period is 160 days after Notice to
Proceed. Please note the actual construction at each site -- from the
start of any physical work to the final acceptance of all required work
by the Government shall not exceed 25 days. Estimated range is
$250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The SICCode for this procurement is 1629.
Size standard is $17.0 million. There is a $35.00 charge for the plans

prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to

amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the
DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to
