Replace all windows in five dormitories and install electric and water supply and drain and vent for washer and dryer in four dormitories. All work is to be performed at the LBJ Civilian Conservation Center located approximately 8 miles west of Franklin, North Carolina, on State road 1310. Project time is 60 calendar days.
