Work to include but not limited to complete interior remodeling, including demolition and reconstruction of partitions and doors, utilities, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Fourteen buildings will be connected by an addition that will create an "H" configuration. Fourteen other buildings will receive an addition to create a "T" shape building. There is work on primary electrical service to the area. ABI #1 will be for paved parking lot. Magnitude of project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Construction time will be 24 months from NTP. There is a seventy five dollar ($75.00) deposit for plans and specifications, check payable to Treasurer of the United States.
