Center, intends to enter into a sole-source negotiation with Klaus
Linnenbrugger for the purchase of one 16mm and one 35mm liquid gate
printing system used when printing archival motion picture film that
has extreme shrinkage and warpage of the film base. The system must
provide a steel body with adjustable transportation pins for frame line
adjustment that can be custom fit to the level of shrinkage within a
roll of film; stainless steel plates with quartz glass windows and one
set of spring-loaded side guides that insures the film stays properly
registered from frame to frame, no matter how badly the film is
twisted or warped. Interested offerors must provide sufficient
technical documentation to demonstrate the capability to satisfy the
requirements, complete pricing including all charges and a copy of the
GSA contract, (if applicable). If no affirmative responses are
received within 15 days of this notice, the contracting officer shall
proceed with negotiations with Klaus Linnenbruegger. NO SOLICITATION IS
AVAILABLE, THEREFORE REQUEST FOR SUCH DOCUMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN
