the U.S. Army Environmental Center (USAEC) about potential vendors who
perform "Soil sifting/mining", "Soil washing",
"Solidification/Stabilization", "Erosion control", "Retaining walls"
and "Berm design" technologies. The information will be included in an

answer any pertinent questions about their company and the technology.
Vendors responding should include the following: 1) Brief description
(about one paragraph) explaining their technology, 2) Treatment
effectiveness or permanence, 3) Any treatment limitations (factors that
may limit the applicability and effectiveness of the process), 4) Any
residuals produced from the process (solid, liquid, or vapor), 5) any
disposal requirements, 6) Overall cost of the process ($/ton),
including any indirect costs, 7) Time to complete operations on a
"standard" 20,000 ton site, 8) Any federal/state regulatory permit
requirements for the process. (0090) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0015 19970402\B-0004.SOL)
