Goff, (703) 602-7817, Ext. 523 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on n multiple occasions through 07 December 1997 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-94-G-5211 with Boeing North American (BNA), Inc., Autonetics and Missile Systems Division, 3370 Miraloma Avenue, P.O. Box 3105, Anaheim, CA 92803-3105. Orders will be issued for the receipt, opening and inspection, disassembly, repair, overhaul, replacement and testing of AN/USQ-82(V) Data Multiplex System (DMS) equipment and components from DMS field changes installed aboard DDG-51 and LHD-1 Class ships, from AN/USQ-82(V) Fiber Optic Data Multiplex system (FODMS) equipment and components, from DMS/FODMS engineering development/test modules and trainers, and from DMS/FODMS Maintenance Assistance Modules (MAMs) and Installation and Checkout kits, and related data. Boeing North American is the system designer/developer of the AN/USQ-82(V) DMS/FODMS. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge and experience to perform the tasks described. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
