Provide full service Dietetics for a 60 bed VA Center for the aging in Honolulu, HI. The VA does not possess the facilities for the preparation and delivery of meals. The contractor will prepare and deliver to the patient, three meals a day which are prepared at the contractor's facility, pick-up and dispose of debris after each meal, and also keep some standard nourishments stocked at the nurses stations. The VA can furnish hot/cold carts for the operation, and a VA dietician will approve the meal planning. All other aspects of the delivery of this service will be the responsibility of the contractor. Solicitations will be available by 4/11/97 and offers will be due 5/9/97 at 3:00 PM Hawaiian Time. Solicitations may be requested by mail, fax or e-mail from the contracting officer. Offers will only be considered from vendors currently operating on the island of Oahu. (0087)
