Kingman Road, Suite 0119, 22060-6220, Room 1134 intends to award a sole source purchase order to VPE, Inc. for Consulting Services to build and implement a secure Web interface to Defense Technology Transfer Information System (DTTIS) Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), develop a application program to access the Defense Technology Transfer Information System (DDTTIS) relational database via the World Wide Web. The software currently being used was developed by VPE and it is proprietary. Therefore, VPE is the only source that can provide, install, maintain and upgrade the software. This notice is not for a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document exist and no award will be made on the basis of any responses to this ad. No telephone inquiries/responses will be accepted. All responses must be received in writing within 15 days of the publication of this synposis.
