The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism intends to o negotiate a one year contract with Dr. Kathleen M. Carroll for a project entitled "Support Services Development of a Project MATCH I Training Institute." The proposed contract would expand upon the development of the three existing MATCH treatment manuals, and would develop training agendas and materials for the Project MATCH Training Institute. Auhority: 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Dr. Carroll is the only responsible source possessing the experience and expertise necessary to complete the project.
