The goal of the assessment activity is to integrate the seven criteria that form the basis for the President's Quality Award (PQA) with FHWA's goals and mission in a meaningful and effective manner. This assessment activity is a key aspect of the FHWA Quality Journey. The proposed vendor combines expertise in understanding the PQA requirements with extensive familiarity with FHWA's past and current environment and culture relative to quality principles.
