DISSEMINATION AND EVALUATION FOR PROMISING AND EXEMPLARY PROGRAMS Potential offerors are invited to review the Draft Statement of Work and Draft Surveillance Plan for the Dissemination and Evaluation for Promising and Exemplary Programs. The U.S. Department of Education/Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI)/Knowledge Applications Division has a need for the design and implementation of a technical assistance activity which will provide logistical, administrative, and analytical support for designating promising or exemplary educational programs and sharing this information with the broader educational community and the general public by the most effective means possible. The Draft Statement of Work and Draft Surveillance Plan for this requirements is being announced today.
