The operations to be performed shall include general space cleaning, sweeping, damp mopping, dusting, trash disposal, vacuuming, restroom cleaning and servicing, spray cleaning and floor buffing, carpet shampooing, stripping and rewaxing resilient floors, window cleaning, and recycling. These operations shall be performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia. The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice for an additional period of one (1) to twelve (12) months. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options shall not exceed sixty (60) months. The projected date for availability of solicitations is 15 days from synopsis. The projected bid opening date is 30 days from release date. Cost of Bid Documents is $24.00 per set of specifications. Checks and money orders shall be made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. Payment must accompany your written request. No cash will be accepted. No telephone requests will be accepted. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent set aside for competition and limited to eligible SBA 8(a) concerns.
