The work consist of, but not limited to, Removal of: wood frame, concrete slab, asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks, and brick chimney. Provide back fill at removal sites and grade. All responsible concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. Magnitude of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time for the work is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. There is a nonrefundable charge of $10.00 for the solicitation package. Please make check or money order payable to the TREASURER of the UNITED STATES. No cash will be accepted. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing to the above address.
