The work involves remodeling all of the patient toilet/shower rooms in a portion of the ward, updating the finishes, and providing minor renovations to support improved functional use of the areas and to improve the environment of care. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, casework, doors and frames, glass and glazing, coiling counter shutters, drywall/metal stud walls, painting, carpeting, sheet vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, intercom, nurse call, CCTV systems, toilet and bath accessories, and lighting. The estimated cost range for this requirement is $250,000 to $500,000. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) assigned to this project is 1542. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded.
