The new addition will match the existing building architecturally and structurally. Work includes but is not limited to a pre-engineered building, a drilled pier foundation system, a concrete slab-on-grade floor, and plumbing/electrical work. This firm fixed price construction project. Performance period for contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 90 days.
