Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-Pacific (DITCO-PAC) intends to award a sole source contract to Lucent Technologies through the following contractual vehicles: DITCO's Basic Ordering Agreement, DCA200-93-G-0001; GSA Schedule GS-35F-1020D; and Federal Open Market Agreement FOMA03-94. 2. The requirement is to purchase and install a Lucent Technology Merlin Legend Secure Communications System and an Intuity Audio Voice Mail System in Bldg 324, Pearl Harbor, HI within 30 days ARO. This system will be used in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and will be configured for 26 trunks, 50 secure digital stations (49-ten button secure telsets and 1-twenty button secure telset) and 10 analog stations. The system shall be capable of on-hook security, transmission of voice signals only after a deliberate action, integration of secure terminal units to interface digital technology without further analog adaption or placement of two (2) telephone units for the secure mode and be approved by the Telephone Security Group. 3. Interested vendors may request a Statement of Work (SOW). 4. Written quotes, however, are due within 15 calendar days of issuance of this synopsis. Vendors shall submit evidence that their products meet the security requirements listed above along with their quotes. 5.
