G -- SHELTERED CARE FOR HOMELESS VETERANS SOL RFQ 550-11-97 DUE 051497 POC Marietta Hance, Contract Specialist, (217)-431-6536 The VA Medical Center, Danville, IL requires the lease of ten (10) beds for homeless veterans from a facility that is geographically accessible to the veterans, the VA Medical Center/Danville, IL, and local bus transportation. Services shall also include room and board, on-site supervision, and laundry/linen services for ten (10) veterans. Ten (10) beds shall be reserved for VA at all times. The VA shall provide individual case management and outpatient clinical services at its medical center in Danville, IL. The contract shall include a six-month trial period which shall begin June 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997. Dependent upon the success of the six-month trial period, the contract may be extended for two one-year options to renew through December 31, 1999. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Solicitation documents will be issued approximately April 14, 1997.
