M -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A PROSPECTUS FOR OPERATION OF A BOAT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK FROM VENTURA HARBOR. POC Teresa Jackson. The National Park Service will be releasing a concession Prospectus authorizing continued operation of a board transportation service for Channel Islands National Park from the City of Ventura Harbor. Primary boat service will be to the islands of Santa Cruz and Anacapa. Additional boat service to the other three islands within the park will also be authorized. The service will provide day visitors and campers with the opportunity for one and multi-day trips to the islands. The new contract will be for a period of ten (10) years. There is an existing concessioner which has operated satisfactory under the existing contract and has a right of preference. The cost for purchasing a prospectus is $30.00.
