P -- FACILITY DEMOLITION SOL F2460497B0016 DUE 052297 POC Contact Bill Martin, Contract Administrator, 406 731 4040, Jean Stone, Contracting Officer, 406 731 4018 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, transportation, quality control, supervision, other items and services necessary for complete demolition of building 666, located on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The project (96-1104) includes, but is not limited to backfill and site restoration of the basement and utility tunnel areas, asbestos removal and proper disposal prior to building demolition. The work site shall be graded, landscaped and seeded with pavements and gutters repaired. Demolition shall be accomplished with little consideration for salvage of components. The performance period for this project will be 89 calendar days from date of notice to proceed. The proposed contract is open to large and small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 1795.
