The Dept. of Housing and Urban Development is seeking the services of an appraisal contractor to perform appraisal field reviews of HUD Single Family Properties loctated in Kings, Queens, Richmond, Nassau and Suffolk Counties in the State of New York. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The standard Industrial Classification Code is 6531 and the size standard is $1.5 million. Appraiser must be licenced by the State of New York.
