In addition to providing hot meals for the Training Unit, it shall be required of the Contractor to furnish meals and sack lunches for fire suppression crews or other emergencies. The service is to include all phases of food procurement, serving, cleanup, including janitorial service, equipment maintenance and building management. It is the intent of this contract to operate cafeteria services in support of only Government-approved activities. Approximate start date is 10/01/97. Contract will be for one year with a Government option to renew in increments of one year for an additional four years. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. (0091)
