Contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary for the construction of a JP-8 Fuel Facility at the Armed Forces Reserve Center located at Los Alamitos, (Orange County) California. Work includes but is not limited to, mechanical and electrical equipment, piping, concrete work, earth work, landscaping, lockers, removal or demolition of existing structures and features and the related work. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000.00. and $5,000,000.00. 20% Bid Bond requirement; Davis-Bacon wage rates applicable; liquidated damages are $723.63 per day. Contract performance period is 180 days. This solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 30 April 1997~. Bid opening on or about 30 May 1997. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1623. The applicable small business size standards including affiliates is not more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available at a Non-refundable charge of $100.00 per set. A Certified Check or Money order only must be made out to "USPFO For California".
