This is an amendment to the synopsis issued on or about the 26th of November for the replacement of family homes at Grand Forks North Dakota. This requirement is for the replacement of 50 new family housing units at Grand Forks ND with options for 16 additional units to bring the total to 66. The project also includes options for Playground, Neighborhood Planting, and Full Basements. Solicitation will be released on or about 28 April 97. Offerors will have 35 days from the RFP release date to submit their proposals. A preproposal/site visit will be scheduled for 2 weeks after RFP release date. Contractors who have already requested a copy of the solicitation do not need to resubmit. All other information remains unchanged.
