Proposals should be modeled after the currently established method of support known as direct vendor delivery (DVD), however, modified to incorporate the military unique aspects of this system. The scope of this effort includes, at a minimum, the following types of effort: 1) Repair or replacement of all components (Repairables and consumables). 2) Achievement of MTBf goals which allow for technology and growth in reliability throughout the contract term. 3) Storage and immediate issuance of all government-owned inventories of the system to meet availability goals. Due to the unavailability/proprietary nature of the technical data, only Tolo, the OEM, is being solicited.
