This is a notice of intent to place an order with Cal-Shore, for the purchase and delivery of one (1 each) Portable Water Tank Spray System, which shall meet the following minimum specifications: 60"H X 80"W X 162"L, minimum 3,140 gallon capacity, centrifugal pump with at least 8HP gasoline engine to pump at least 300 GPM, anti-syphon fill pipe, hose reel, vertical Fan Spray and horizontal Duck Bill nozzle setups, cab operated pneumatic remote control, electric start, and plumbing package to attach to an existing tank. This is an unrestricted procurement. Quotes will be accepted on a F.O.B. destination basis only. This procurement will utilize all applicable commercial items clauses. Items will be delivered to the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered by this agency. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted. Written responses, with all technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source is available, should be sent to determine if it is more advantageous by the Government to award to an alternate source. If no responses are received by opening date (04/09/97) an order will be placed with the above named vendor. Responses must state that the vendor is not currently on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs or on the list of Contractors Indebted to the United States or otherwise be ineligible to receive Government Contracts. Requests for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing via mail or fax. Telephonic requests for solicitation packages will not be accepted.
