Prevention (CDC) intend to negotiate, on a sole source basis, the
purchase of one (1) FMAX Fluorescence Microplate System from Molecular
Devices, 1311 Orleans Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. Based on the

Molecular Devices equipment/systems and must provide uniformity for
future expansion. All interested parties may identify their interests,

by submitting pricing data, an accurate description of the equipment
offered, and make and model numbers of the equipment. Since no
solicitation package exists, requests for such documents without
accompanying information to establish the vendor's capability of
meeting the Government's needs will be considered non-responsive to
this synopsis. Only responses containing this data will be considered
for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
