Subscription service must provide the following items: NGB, DoD and other agency supplements to the FPM All 65,000+ EEOC Federal Sector cases (full text) Complete travel regulations including Joint Federal Travel Regs VOL I Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR) Subset FPM as a historical reference Historical OPM, DoD and Agency supplements Full text (plus summaries) of all FLRA cases Unpublished Comptroller General civilian personnel-related decisions Full text of Federal Arbitration decisions (1989 forward) Built-in, true print and download manager Unequaled navigation capability and speed Available in WINDOWS Fully compatible with the new HR Empower TM decision support system All responsible potential sources are invited to send descriptive literature on technical, cost, and schedule estimates for potential solutions to this requirement. Individual responses to this request for information that contain company proprietary information must be marked in accordance with FAR 52.215-12. Such proprietary information will not be released outside the government ("within the government" is defined to include evaluation on a "need-to-know" basis by participating technical and management assistance contractors under government contract who have signed non-disclosure and non-conflict of interest certificates).
