Evaluation and performance data will be collected from all local Even Start programs from 1997-98 through 2000-1. This evaluation will also include an experimental design data collection on a smaller number of projects to assess program effectiveness. Request solicitation RFP-97-015. Anticipated issue date is April 17, 1997 with a closing date May 20, 1997. Request for copies may be made by telephone, mail, telegram, or in person.
