The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for an Architect-Engineer Firm to provide design and related professional services to site adapt drawings and specifications for a new Recreation Guard Tower at the United States Penitentiary located in Florence, Colorado. The scope includes adapting Federal Bureau of Prisons A/E drawings and specification plus detailed estimates for construction. Successful Contractor will also be responsible for Bidding Services, construction administration, and inspection services. This requirement is advertised as 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC Code 8711. Selection of firms will be bases on the following evaluation factors: capacity and capability 25%, projrct and team organization 25%, experience and performance 30%, knowledge of locality 10% and proximity to project. Firm must be licensed to practice in the state of Colorado and addditional consideration will be given to firms with offices located in Colorado. All qualified firms responding within 30 days of this notice will be considered. Firms desiring consideration shall submit appropriate SF 254 and SF255 forms. This is not a Request for Proposal.
