The work is divided into three different areas, Sites A, B and C, located near Ingram Creek, approximately 8 air miles southeast of Girdwood, Alaska, in T. 8-9 N., R. 2 E., Seward Meridian. Sites A and B are partial rectangular retracement surveys and can be accessed from the Seward Highway. The work also consists of brushing, posting and marking the National Forest boundary. Site C is an additive item. The work consists of posting National Forest boundary. All work shall be performed by, or under the direct supervision of a person registeredor licensed to practice surveying in the State of Alaska. Interested firms may request a Scope of Services document from the contracting office. Firms will be required to complete an SF-254 and SF-255 to be considered for this project. See numbered Note 24. This project is a 100% Emerging Small Business set-aside. "Emerging Small Business" as used in this announcement means a small business concern whose average annual gross receipts for the last three years does not exceed $1,25 million.
