This work involves using a roto trimmer mobile rock crusher to manufacture cushion material to specified depth which includes reducing bedrock and oversize rock down to specified size, watering, mixing, rolling, and blading and shaping of the manufactured cushion material into a smooth, nonsegregated road surface.
