Officer, (904)234-4863. The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division,
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida intends to award a
competitive contract for a Summer Camp Program including but not
limited to day camp, sport camp, aquatic camp, spirit camp, challenge
activities and day trips. Camp attendees will range in age from
approximately 6 to 15 years of age. Contractor shall provide program
coordinator in addition to all other managerial and direct labor
necessary for successful camp operation. Contractor personnel must be
University faculty representatives and students (Sophomore, Junior,
Senior or Graduate level) with degrees and/or majors in recreation,
leisure services or physical education with experience in day or
resident camps, or applicable experience working with children. Camp
staff must be free of communicable disease, drug abuse and have
satisfactory background checks. All camp counselors must have completed
training to administer first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
(CPR) and be certified as qualified by a competent authority such as
