Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The primary effort is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment, material, and supervision to construct a 1.2 mile access road, sixteen feet wide with shoulders, guardrail, and associates utilities along a wooded hillside consisting primarily of limestone bedrock. The work will involve drilling and blasting activities to remove existing surfaces of limestones. Estimate range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about June 20, 1997. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
