This project consists essentially of the construction of an RV campground including, but not limited to the following: demolition, grading, landscaping, and constructing a road and 10 RV parking spots. Parking spots and a dump station will be provided area lighting. This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Contract performance period is 180 calendar days.
