Proposals are being solicited to perform Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) services for military family housing units at Andersen AFB, Guam. The resulting contract will be a requirements type contract with the successful contractor furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform COM services. This work includes but is not limited to maintenance of interior and exterior components of family housing units with carports, interior and exterior painting, floor replacement, asbestos abatement, lead based paint removal, and carpet installation as required. Performance will cover a 12 month basic period plus three option year periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 Apr 97 with proposals due on or about 13 Jun 97.
