The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision for bituminous concrete pavement patching, resetting manholes and catch basins, resetting curbing, removal of portland cement concrete walks and new portland base, excavating, backfilling, topsoiling, grading and seeding. Contract issued will be an indefinite delivery contract with a guaranteed minimum of $25,000. Contract period will be for a twelve month period plus two one-year option periods.
